Jessica Scott grew up with Southern comfort food in Kentucky but also quickly embraced Italy's delectable food and culture when she moved there in 2020. In addition to being a foodie all her life, she has also been a writer, novelist, and editor for over 15 years. Her bestselling travel book and its accompanying blog have been helping expats and travelers from the U.S. learn how to eat like an Italian and fit in in Italy since 2020.

Education

Jessica has bachelor's degrees in English and humanities from the University of Louisville. She is also a certified English as a foreign language (EFL) instructor.
