Sydney is a senior at New York University studying nutrition and food studies, with plans of attending the Columbia Publishing course this summer and Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland in August. She's passionate about sustainable food practices, recipe development, writing, and the farm-to-table movement.


Sydney is in the spring semester of her senior year at New York University, completing her bachelor's degree in The Steinhardt School. Her degree is in Nutrition and Food Studies with a focus on food sustainability.
