Why You Should Make Frittatas In Your Air Fryer

Who doesn't love a nice frittata in the morning? Not only is it delicious, but it is also a satisfying way to use up leftovers and eat more veggies. It's just as delicious as a classic quiche but easier to make since you don't need to make a crust.

One thing we love about making frittatas is their versatility. For example, you can always opt for something like our simple frittata recipe, but you can also improvise using leftover potatoes, or just about any vegetable or breakfast meat you have on hand.

There is one thing about frittatas we don't love. It can take 25 to 45 minutes to make one! This is fine for a cozy weekend brunch, but sometimes you just need a quick, nutritious meal to fuel your busy day. Well, you are in luck! You can make a tasty frittata in just 15 minutes.

Use your air fryer for a quick and easy frittata

The secret to a quick frittata is to use your air fryer. Since people often make frittatas in their ovens, you may not think of it as "fried" food. But, "frittata" originates from the Italian word "fritto" meaning "fried," according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, so using the air fryer is simply a convenient modern twist on tradition.

To whip up a quick frittata, simply preheat your air fryer to 375 F. Lightly grease a circular pan that fits inside the fryer. Mix eggs, vegetables, and any other ingredients you want to include then pour the mixture into the pan. Please note: You may want to pre-cook some ingredients like bacon or potatoes if you don't already have leftovers. Air fry for 15 minutes for a delicious frittata that's slightly crispy around the edges.
