Ingredients
  • 4 cups egg noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced

Directions
  1. Slice the carrots and celery. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Spray a high-walled pot or Dutch oven with cooking spray. With the stove on medium heat, cook the minced garlic until lightly golden brown. Add the carrots, celery, and onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
