Trader Joe's New Thai Style Green Chili Sauce Is Turning Heads
A new lot of products has dropped at Trader Joe's stores across the U.S., and fans are really excited about one in particular. Apparently, there are tons of new sauces for pasta and more, and many of them are dairy-free. So, vegans can definitely take advantage of the latest Trader Joe's loot. However, one item is truly standing out from the rest — the Thai Style Green Chili Sauce.
One Instagram account, @thesnacksoflife, recently spotted it on shelves among the many other sauces and within a day their post received more than 600 likes. Another Trader Joe's fan account on Instagram, @traderjoeslist, also saw it and snapped a photo to post on the same day. Their caption read, "This is absolutely delish! I tried it live tonight and all I can say is WOW! It's spicy has a very peppery lemon grass flavor! It would be great on seafood or chicken!" The post quickly gained more than 14,000 likes in a day. Clearly it's an item tons of shoppers are looking out for.

According to @traderjoeslist's post, the jars of the new condiment are 7.3 ounces, which is a great deal if you want to try it. The jar describes the chili sauce as, "a slightly spicy and aromatic sauce with garlic, shallot, lemon grass, and Thai lime leaves." So it will most likely pair with tons of different recipes, like enchiladas or even on top of macaroni and cheese.
