Though it may seem like you were just sipping cocoa in your favorite holiday jammies watching the Season 7 finale of this popular show, it is indeed that magical time of year once again to look forward to "Holiday Baking Championship" and learn all about the contestants. According to the Food Network, Philippe Costa dreams of opening his own bakery, which is what he would use the $25,000 grand prize money for, if he were to win the series.
While Costa appears to keep a private online profile, his Facebook page reveals that he currently works at Trader Joe's, is a self-employed "specialty baker," and that he attended South Seattle College where he studied baking and pastry arts. Another fun fact we uncovered about Costa via his Facebook account: He's a musician — specifically, a drummer and percussionist. It would certainly make for great entertainment if he'd tap out a tune or two on the cookware as he bakes a bundt cake!
