Maria has been working in the health and wellness field since 2003. She excels at helping others take hold of their nutrition and shines in the food allergy and dietary restriction arena. She is the CEO of Be A Better You Fitness, a company offering fitness training, nutritional counseling, seminars, and wellness retreats. Maria has had a passion for reading and writing since early childhood. She has combined that passion with her desire to help others by writing for multiple publications. Other roles in Maria's life include wife, mother, animal lover, and self-proclaimed sweatpants enthusiast.
