Some we went back for seconds, others only got a nibble.

Entenmann's has an extensive list of donut varieties. Finding a way to rank them came as more of a challenge than we initially expected. With the Coconut Crunch Donuts on our plates, we mentally shifted to island time to get ready for a coconut tasting explosion. These moist golden cake donuts are topped with crunchy and sweet coconut giving a unique combination of taste and texture. Coconut Crunch comes in a pack of eight and can most optimally be paired with your morning coffee, post your afternoon lunch at the beach, or to curb your craving at any time of day.
When it comes to coconut you either love it or you hate it, so when it came to tasting and voting on the coconut crunch donuts we decided it belonged at the bottom compared to all the other incredible flavors. This flavor in particular was on the dryer side and did not meet our expectations.

We might get some hate for this because the plain old-fashion donuts are an Entenmann's classic, but there's nothing special about these Soft'ees Plain Donuts. Plain is in the name ... and that's exactly how to feel about these old-fashioned donuts. It gives us more of a cake vibe than donuts and the people that get that, get it. The Soft'ees Plain Donuts have a moist golden-cake center, but nothing on top to bring it to the top of our list. Don't get it twisted, they may be on the plain side, but they are still ever so delicious.
Like we said, plain old-fashion donuts are one of Entenmann's classics. If you're looking for this type of donut, make sure to grab the eight-donut pack. When it comes to this powerful blend, you might think what could possibly be better? When we hit the kitchen, the Crumb Topped Donuts did not skyrocket to the top of our list for a couple reasons and those reasons may surprise you.
Sometimes two good things are not meant to be combined ya know? In this case, the Crumb Topped Donuts did not climb up the roster for that reason. No hate on the delicious combo, but we agreed two good things were better in their original forms. If you need a quick breakfast or on-the-go snack don't necessarily discount these donuts completely, but we believe in this case you can't mess with perfection. Sometimes less is more. We're leaving the crumbs to the crumb cake.
8. Devil's Food Crumb Donuts
The devil works hard, but Devil's Food Crumb Donuts work harder. Like their fellow plain Crumb Topped Donuts, the Devil Food Crumb Donuts landed on the bottom half of the list, but beat the plain version because who doesn't love Devil's Food cake? Don't let the ranking fool you, because with so many incredible flavors not everyone can land on top.
The Devil Crumb Donuts are a delicious combination of the devil's food cake you love with crumbs layered on top. This flavor is something you're going to want to grab on the way out the door or bring to the office to share in the common room. Regular glazed donuts are great, but the Glazed Buttermilk Donuts are next-level which helped them grab the coveted number one spot on our Entenmann's best flavors list.
