The Truth About Brogan Wu From Serving The Hamptons Season 1

Though most summer visitors may not be arriving in the Hamptons until closer to Memorial Day, an opportunity to experience the exclusive New York destination from the comfort of your own home will be available in mere days. According to Variety, Discovery+ will be streaming a new series called "Serving the Hamptons," and there is a lot in store for those who tune in. The reality show will focus on the goings-on at Southampton's see-and-be-seen restaurant, 75 Main, as well as inside the beachfront house where the staff resides for free — as long as they can manage to stay in line.

And what restaurant staff is complete without a chef? Newsday reports that Brogan Wu will be joining the "Serving the Hamptons" cast as a new hire for the restaurant in the show. Though she may have only recently stepped into her chef role at 75 Main, Wu has plenty of experience in the kitchen. Not only does she post her enticing food creations on the reg over on Instagram, but Wu is also something of a sorceress in the kitchen.

Brogan Wu goes by The Kitchen Witch

In the first episode of "Serving the Hamptons," the pressure is on chef Brogan Wu. According to the show's press release, Wu finds herself having to prepare 75 Main owner Zach Erdem's perfect birthday dinner while lacking the necessary ingredients. Fortunately, we have a feeling Wu can get a little crafty. The chef goes by @thekitchenwitch on Instagram, where she describes herself as "A little Martha Stewart, a little Morticia Addams."

There are plenty of enchanting images of delicious-looking dishes on The Kitchen Witch's profile, including photos of Hamptons-ready seafood fare, appetizers fit for swanky soirees, and decadent desserts serving up their own drama. Wu's tutorial on how to trim a tenderloin could even be considered spellbinding. We'd love to try out The Kitchen Witch's cooking for ourselves, but to find out if Wu's culinary skills are enough to turn her relationship with 75 Main into more than just a summer fling, you can tune into "Serving the Hamptons" on Discovery+ starting April 7.
