  • Her first published work was a fictional short story from her youth. Presently, she is a contributing author for a migraine-tracking journal, coming soon from Health by Principle.

Experience

Rachel has been a writer since she could hold a pen, and was thrilled to finally become a paid writer for the first time in 2019. She currently creates and edits content with different clients in the fields of food, lifestyle, and health and wellness. In addition to writing about whatever she can get her hands on, Rachel is a foody at heart, painter, pyrographer, and proud dog mom. She is a chef in her own right with a lifetime of cooking under her apron, and five years of crafting gluten-free culinary creations. The only thing Rachel loves more than creativity in the kitchen is writing about it!
