Costco is the dependable warehouse retailer where you can load up on bulk staples like peanut butter, a big box of coffee pods, and maybe snag some of the rarest wines. Yet what makes Costco a truly fun shopping experience (aside from the free samples and food court), are the seasonal items that crop up throughout the year. The retailer stocks new and returning goodies for seasonal changes, or more short-term products for holidays. Although we haven't even gotten to Thanksgiving or Christmas, Costco has already had some amazing seasonal products in 2026.

Many of the seasonal products represent the time of year — think key lime in summer or strawberry in spring. While Costco does cycle in seasonal prepared meals and savory foods, often the standout products that get customers talking are bakery items. Therefore, many of the best items from Costco this year have been Kirkland bakery favorites, like the peaches and cream bar cake, twice-baked cinnamon croissants, and tiramisu cheesecake. Two other items customers raved about in 2026 were the springtime Olipop variety pack and burrata salad. Prices vary by location.

Cheesecake is delicious and tiramisu is incredible, so combining the two desserts is an intelligent decision on Costco's behalf. Cheesecake is a bakery item that often gets a seasonal twist, and this tiramisu version includes a chocolate graham cracker crust and cold-brew-flavored cheesecake, topped with mascarpone whipped topping and a dusting of cocoa powder. This flavor popped up around early springtime 2025 and can be found in the refrigerated section. When it first rolled out, it often sold out, with customers checking multiple locations to try and score a cake.

Customers on Reddit frequently commented that they enjoyed it because it wasn't overly sweet and was a nice, light dessert for the summertime.  One customer gave it a 20/10 rating, writing, "It's got the perfect balance of cake, whipped icing, and peach compote.
