Aldi Finds are specialty items introduced to the grocery chain every week. This rotation is available in limited supply, so shoppers get quite excited to discover new products once they hit shelves. Aldi was kind enough to share with Mashed its selection of incoming Finds for October, and now we're giving you a sneak peek of all that awaits this month. Amongst the new Finds are a couple sweet snacks, one dill-icious pizza, and a helpful cooking ingredient. Shoppers are also covered on the beverage front, as Aldi is introducing two new beer varieties, plus new ground coffee and cold brew flavors. 

When choosing products for its Finds aisle, Aldi specifically looks for high-quality, affordable goods that shoppers easily see the value in. The store also operates a test kitchen to develop new prepackaged foods and assess items before introducing them to customers. As a result, Aldi Finds usually fly out of stores quickly, but customers can time their visits to boost the chances of snagging a sought-after item. Most locations release Finds on Wednesdays, but check with your local Aldi for verification. Come October, keep an eye out for these brand-new items.

The oat milk lattes from Aldi's private cafe label Barissimo aren't your typical cold brew, and we're not just talking about the tempting flavor selection (Aldi shoppers can choose from pumpkin spice, vanilla, and peppermint mocha). The cans are also infused with collagen, a protein touted as improving skin health and firmness. Look for Barissimo Oat Milk Lattes starting October 21, priced at $2.69 a can. 

Pickle proliferation is upon us, and Aldi's new take-and-bake pie is perfect for customers who love sour and savory pairings. The Mama Cozzi's The Big Dill Ham and Dill Pickle Pizza lands at stores on October 21 and will retail for $6.99. In addition to a four-cheese blend and creamy dill sauce, this pie is topped with pickle slices, ham, and red pepper flakes. 

Don't let the name lead you astray. Breakfast stouts are named for the breakfast-y ingredients they contain, like coffee and oats, and not because you should imbibe them in the morning. The Bed Head Breakfast Stout hitting Aldi shelves on October 9 combines roasted flavor notes with a subtle, syrup-inspired sweetness. Grab a six-pack for $7.99. 

Trail mix isn't necessarily a health food, but it certainly hits the spot when you're in the mood for a snack that's sweet, salty, and crunchy. Debuting on October 21, Southern Grove trail mixes at Aldi will come in two tasty varieties: Brookie and Kitchen Sink (featuring peanuts, caramel mini cups, marshmallow-flavored chunks, and other goodies). Grab one or several bags for $4.89 each. 

Two new Barissimo ground coffee flavors are arriving on October 21. Each 12-ounce bag retails for $7.99, and shoppers can choose from pistachio and Dubai chocolate varieties. If you've ever wondered who really makes Barissimo coffee, Aldi partners with a roastery called NewCoffee for its exclusive brand of coffee products. 

If you want to add ginger to your recipes but are worried about falling victim to common ginger-cooking mistakes like improper peeling or using too much, Aldi will offer a foolproof solution starting October 21. Packs of Season's Choice pre-portioned cubes are priced at $2.79 and come with 24 cubes per box (each cube equals 1 teaspoon). In addition to ginger, these flavor cubes also come in basil and garlic. 

Arriving October 9, Wernesgrüner Dark four-packs will retail for $6.99. This dark-hued brew, known as black lager, features toasted notes similar to porters and stouts but lacks their heaviness. We know Wernesgrüner Pilsner is produced by Germany's centuries-old Wernesgrüner Brauerei, and it looks like Wernesgrüner Dark comes from the same brewery. Equal parts sweet and salty, Clancy's covered pretzels are a new snack arriving at Aldi on October 21. Bags retail for $2.99 apiece and come in cinnamon bun and salted caramel varieties. While Aldi overhauled its private-label branding in 2025, it opted to retain the Clancy's name due to its longtime popularity with customers.
