  • In her ample and abundant free time, Laura loves to bake, cook, eat, think about eating, beg her toddler to eat, and read recipe websites like they're classic novels (which is probably why she hasn't read that many classic novels.)

Experience

Laura recently wrote for NBC's "A Little Late with Lilly Singh," and before that "The Jim Jefferies Show" on Comedy Central. She also co-wrote a live-action comedy feature for Nickelodeon. Her parody wedding guide book "I Am Bride: How to Take the 'We' Out of Wedding (And Other Useful Advice)" has been featured in The New Yorker, The Knot, and Refinery29. A bonafide coffee snob with a truly childish sweet tooth, food has always been her passion. Trader Joe's is her sanctuary.

Education

Laura studied at Tufts University, and while her degree was in Psychology and Communications, her real education was in turning the dining hall food into something resembling gourmet cuisine.
