Shannon is a writer and actor from sunny Southern California. She began writing professionally in 2020 during the great COVID-19 pause. She previously worked in high end catering event management throughout socal with some of the most talented chefs around and was constantly dazzled by the delicious food coming from the kitchens. She is a staff writer at LittleThings and frequent contributor to WeGotThisCoverred and TVOvermind. Her byline has also appeared in Inside Hook, Knock LA, Whetstone Magazine, the OC Register, and more. Shannon joined Mashed in 2023 and is happy to share her passion for food and writing with its readers.
