Andrew has worked as a writer, editor, and content producer for 10 years, during which he has covered a variety of food-related topics. After studying nutrition in college and gaining certification as a personal trainer, Andrew focused most of his early food writing on healthy eating. Since then, he has branched out to cover everything from food festivals to fine dining. Andrew is also the former managing editor of Long Island Pulse Magazine, one of the country's largest regional magazines with a circulation of 100,000. During his time there, his feature writing garnered several awards from major press clubs. Prior to his time with the magazine, he held editorial positions with Major League Baseball, Maxim Magazine, and Bleacher Report.


Andrew earned a master's degree in journalism from Hofstra University and a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from New York University.
