Emma's brain has been stuffed with so many facts thanks to her extensive research and knowledge, that she dominates at trivia night (respectfully, of course). She earned her wealth of knowledge as a staff writer and later as the lifestyle and human interest section editor for Boredom Therapy, and has also published works with DatingNews. She's passionate about telling people's stories, and it's extra sweet when those stories involve her favorite foods. As a writer for Mashed, she enjoys covering everything from food history to restaurant news and ways to stretch a grocery budget.
