Katherine Peach has spent over a decade working in hospitality, writing about and tasting craft beers, wine and spirits, and sharing the stories of culinary creators. Katherine brings the ability to generate creative story ideas and clean copy thanks to her previous role as an associate editor for an outdoor adventure site, 57hours. Her writing and photos have also been published in print and online as a contributor to Thrillist-owned LAist.com, Spoke+Blossom and at Mashed and Tasting Table as a features writer. In essence, Katherine is a culinary, travel and wellness writer exploring inspiring stories promoting the power of adventure travel and the conservation of wild places and the people and species living within them.


In her downtime, Katherine a 300-hr trained and certified yoga practitioner. She also received her master’s degree in nonfiction at The New School in NYC.
