Experience

It all started on St. Kitts & Nevis, where Kenan filled up a weekly on an island full of slow news days. He busted his chops speaking to chicken saleswomen, King Hollywood, and picking up the news at Sunshines. The island life was hot, hot, hot, but Kenan wanted to see how much heat he could handle. Passionate international chefs quickly taught him there is no place hotter than the kitchen. After four different stints in professional kitchens on four continents, he's putting his two most-learned skills into a freelance writing business full of good fats and Vitamin B12.

Education

Kenan graduated with a degree in public relations from Appalachian State University, being published in the Avery Journal-Times and burned in the kitchens of several local restaurants along the way.
