Experience

Nicole has written for a variety of publications and specializes in everything from news articles to flash fiction and book reviews. Formerly an English professor, she got her start writing fiction as an undergraduate student in Southern California and has since published numerous articles, stories, and essays. Her chapbook of flash fiction, A Bright and Pleading Dagger, was published by Rose Metal Press. Nicole's favorite foods include, but are not limited to: blackberries, Takis, and anything with lime.

Education

Nicole holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The University of Alabama and a BA in English from California State University San Bernardino.
