Experience

Over a decade ago, fresh out of university, Sinéad began working as a writer. During that time, she has travelled to Venice to review hotels for TripAdvisor's sister company, Oyster, launched a digital magazine with La Roche-Posay, and, most recently, has been reviewing restaurants and eating copious amounts of small plates for The Infatuation in London. Today, she freelances for publications including The Standard and Mashed, while continuing the lifelong task of perfecting her Guinness cake recipe.
