Experience

Andy is a writer, chef, terrarium fanatic, and dedicated family man, born and raised in the American Midwest, now residing in Mexico City. He has breathed in the flavors of the world on stints from Spain to Chicago, New York, Sweden, and southern parts of North America. He is proud of his 1-year-old son, Jaz, who enjoys all food apart from reconstituted frozen spinach.

Education

Andy has bachelor's degrees in journalism and creative writing from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
