Experience

After returning from his five-year odyssey in Japan, Jonathan followed a passion for cooking and eating into a brief career in the restaurant industry. He started writing in his spare time about his various food opinions and hot takes on his personal blog, which eventually helped him transition into writing as a full time career after the pandemic shook up the restaurant industry. Now, he lives in Orange County, California, working as a marketing copywriter at Glidewell, the largest dental laboratory in the world. But he still hasn't lost his passion for food and cooking, often exploring the wild for great meals and inspirations to write about.
